Please note that 40 infamy will ensure that you have containment wars declared by other GPs for the next 30 years or so (though you can cheat it lower by releasing German primary culture states to reduce infamy which will petition for annexation again in a few months).Īs for general forming Germany advice, all you need to do is sphere Germany proper.
There's an event file called "Greater Germany events" in the HPM events folder which gives full details - but the gist is if all of Germany including Austria/Austria Hungary is in your sphere then you'll get an event (MTTH 6 months) offering you a "greater destiny" which lets you annex all of Austria Hungary into Germany or visa versa for 40 infamy or just keep Austrian core provinces and release Hungary/Galicia/Lombardy etc for 20 infamy. Any German state (Including Austria Hungary) can form Greater Germany in HPM.
